How To Use

Mix one stick with 360–480ml cold water, stir or shake well.

Used the zesty one now for a few weeks. I’m 68 and still going to the gym! If you want the best salts for rehydration to get you through a hard gym session this is defiantly for you. I also use it when out walking. Try it you absolutely won’t regret it. 💪👏
