RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

OVERVIEW
We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our policy below to understand your options.


1. RETURNS

Due to the consumable nature of hydration products, we are only able to accept returns on unopened, unused, and sealed products in their original packaging, within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with seals intact. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase.


2. REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


3. EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened, unsealed, or partially used sachets or pouches

  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling

  • Sale items or promotional bundles

If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at salpalhq@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.


4. RETURN SHIPPING

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to our error. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods without proof of delivery.
